FP&A ANALYST

Louis Vuitton is seeking an FP&A Analyst based in our New York office who will be responsible for the financial reporting and monitoring of the LVA network. The analyst will participate in budget construction and revisions on topics such as Staff Costs, HR, IS&T, and Legal. In addition, the Analyst will work on sales reporting, focusing on KPI’s and sales trends, prepare business updates for top management. This role will also participate in monthly closing and department budget follow up.
This collaborative role will focus on:

• Monthly closing analysis and control to budget/trend focusing on G&A expenses.
• Business Update reporting for executive committee.
• Participation in annual budget construction / revisions.
• Ad hoc projects as needed to support the business of LVA.
• LVA weekly sales report: KPIs, sales trends, business updates, etc.
• Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of behavior and follow the company’s policies and procedures.

PROFIL

We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and proven experience with business planning, FP&A, Financial Control . In addition, the ideal candidate can work collaboratively in a team environment, possesses an eye for detail, is deadline oriented and has excellent communication and writing skills. Excellent analytical skills, detailed and logical approach to decision making. Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $75,000- $90,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
